JSHE: The Journal of Law and Ethics employs a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure objectivity. The process begins with the submission of manuscripts that adhere to the journal’s guidelines, followed by an initial review by the editor to assess the manuscript's suitability. Manuscripts that pass the initial selection are sent to two reviewers for evaluation of originality and scholarly contribution. Based on their assessment, reviewers provide recommendations: accepted, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. Authors are then given the opportunity to make revisions and resubmit the manuscript for final review by the editor. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the journal's online edition. JSHE is committed to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring significant contributions to the study of law and ethics.
