The success of the learning process is not only determined by the mastery of the material or the teacher's skills alone, but is greatly influenced by the understanding of the interacting learning variables. This study aims to examine in depth the three main variables in the learning process, namely learning conditions, learning methods, and learning outcomes. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with literature studies as the main method, this study examines the thoughts of education experts to understand how the three variables are interrelated and influence learning effectiveness. The results of the study indicate that learning conditions that include student characteristics, learning environments, and resource limitations, must be comprehensively understood by teachers in order to choose the appropriate learning method. The selection of the right and flexible method allows for the creation of a meaningful and adaptive learning experience. Meanwhile, learning outcomes are an important indicator in evaluating the extent to which the strategies implemented have achieved instructional objectives. The synergistic adjustment between conditions, methods, and learning outcomes is the key to designing effective and contextual learning.
